This property had an open-vented hot and cold water system, with pumps to boost the water pressure. We recommended upgrading to a fully pressurised hot and cold water system.
The result: much better water pressure throughout all three bathrooms, and no pumps needed at all. It also gets everything ready for the customer’s new bathroom installation, so future work is much simpler.
For added peace of mind, the new system comes with a 25 year warranty.
